GCNCC Annual General Meeting

The Management Committee of the Gold Coast North Chamber of Commerce invites all financial members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

This meeting is a vital part of our governance, giving members the opportunity to:

• Review the Chamber’s financial performance
• Elect the Management Committee for the 2026/27 year
• Appoint an auditor for the coming year (if required)

1. Welcome by the President
2. Confirmation of previous AGM minutes
3. Presentation and adoption of Financial Report and Auditor’s Statement
4. Election of Management Committee
5. Appointment of Auditor
6. Close of Meeting

Nominations for Committee

Members who wish to nominate themselves for the Management Committee must:

• Be a financial member
• Submit a nomination including a proposer and seconder (both financial members)
• Fill in the nomination form here by Wednesday, 15th April 2026

If required, voting will occur at the AGM. A secret ballot will be conducted if requested by at least 20% of financial members.

All financial members are encouraged to attend online and vote.
