Designed for small businesses across the Gold Coast, including retail, hospitality, tourism, professional services and trades, this interactive, 3-hour workshop and networking event will guide you through real-life disaster scenarios and help you to prepare, respond, recover and communicate when faced with crises. You’ll hear from a keynote resilience expert and be provided with practical tools, local connections and an enhanced understanding of your business’s key risks and opportunities - designed to strengthen your disaster preparedness and recovery capability.
Key service providers, such as Small Business Financial Counsellors, Business Wellness Coaches, local Chambers of Commerce, and government agencies will also be on hand to provide tailored support and advice according to your business needs.
