Reflecting on 2024 and Looking Ahead
As we close out the year, I want to thank both our new and long-standing members for their continued support.
As we close out the year, I want to thank both our new and long-standing members for their continued support.
This year has been significant for the Gold Coast North Chamber of Commerce. With new leadership and a refreshed committee, we’ve focused on strengthening the Chamber’s role as a connector, advocate, and resource for our local business community. These changes have brought renewed energy and direction, setting the Chamber on a strong path for growth as we look ahead to 2025.
Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our events throughout the year. A special mention goes to the other chambers collaborating with us, particularly during Business Week and our recent end-of-year networking event with the Southport Chamber of Commerce at Parkwood Village.
We are proud to have hosted key events that brought our members together to hear from local leaders and address important regional priorities. Highlights included our Meet the Councillors Breakfast in April and our August luncheon with Queensland Opposition Leader David Crisafulli, who has since been elected Premier.
This year has been one of renewal, and we look forward to building on this momentum in 2025, continuing to grow and deliver opportunities that support and connect our members.
On behalf of the committee, thank you for being part of this journey. I wish you, your teams, and your families a happy and safe holiday season and a successful start to the New Year.
