The Management Committee of the Gold Coast North Chamber of Commerce invites all financial members to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
This meeting is a vital part of our governance, giving members the opportunity to:
- Review the Chamber’s financial performance
- Elect the Management Committee for the 2025/26 year
- Appoint an auditor for the coming year

- Welcome by the President
- Confirmation of previous AGM minutes
- Presentation and adoption of Financial Report and Auditor’s Statement
- Election of Management Committee
- Appointment of Auditor
- Close of Meeting
Nominations for Committee
Members who wish to nominate themselves for the Management Committee must:
- Be a financial member
- Submit a written nomination including a proposer and seconder (both financial members)
- Email the completed nomination to secretary@gcncc.org.au by Wednesday, 2nd April 2025
If required, voting will occur at the AGM. A secret ballot will be conducted if requested by at least 20% of financial members.
All financial members are encouraged to attend and vote. Light refreshments provided.
