Enterprise & Training Company (ETC) is a leading not-for-profit provider of employment, training, and business services across the Gold Coast region. With a strong community focus and over 30 years of experience, ETC is committed to helping individuals gain meaningful employment and supporting businesses with recruitment and workforce development.
In the Gold Coast, ETC offers:
Workforce Australia – Self-Employment Assistance: Supporting aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners to start or grow their ventures.
Career Transition Assistance: Helping mature-age job seekers build confidence, digital literacy, and job readiness.
Parent Pathways Program: Assisting parents and carers of young children to re-enter the workforce or pursue further education and training.
Registered Training Organisation (RTO 6998): Delivering nationally recognised training to help individuals upskill and employers develop their teams.
Additionally, for our Tweed Heads and Murwillumbah sites, ETC proudly delivers the Inclusive Employment Australia program. This initiative provides tailored support for people with disability, injury, or health conditions to prepare for, find, and maintain meaningful employment. We work closely with both job seekers and employers to foster inclusive workplaces and long-term success.
